Nous has adopted an Environmental Management System (UNI EN ISO 14001) to demonstrate our strong commitment to the environment and the efficient use of resources. This certification attests to our commitment to environmental protection to ensure:

• Efficient use of resources and energy while safeguarding environmental elements (air, water, soil, light, etc.).
• Reduction in waste production.
• Development and management of projects in accordance with environmental protection guidelines.

Nous is dedicated to promoting energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, with a strong focus on innovation and service quality. Specifically:

• We implement improvement measures and solutions for existing systems.
• We have developed and implemented procedures to analyse energy consumption.
• We have launched procedures to reduce energy consumption.

The health and safety of workers is a fundamental aspect for Nous. For this reason, the company has adopted standardised systems and methods, obtaining the Occupational Health & Safety Management System certification according to UNI ISO 45001. This system includes:

• Training and awareness initiatives on worker health and safety.
• Planning of activities and interventions.
• Preventive measures.

Nous has obtained the EU 2015/2067 certification, as required by D.P.R.N. 146/18, to reduce fluorinated gas (F-GAS) emissions contributing to the greenhouse effect (Kyoto Protocol).

• EU 2015/2067 – Implementing Regulation – for operational activities related to the installation, maintenance, repair, servicing, and dismantling of fixed refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases.

Through the SOA Certification, Nous is qualified under DPR 207/2010, demonstrating its experience and competence in various categories of general and specialised works for public and private projects.

Nous has adopted a Corporate Policy to achieve its set objectives, reinforcing its commitment and experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector. These objectives are outlined in the Corporate Policy and made available to all stakeholders operating and interacting with the company.

Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001 introduces and regulates corporate liability in the Italian legal system, resulting from the commission of offences outlined in the Decree.

For this reason, Nous S.r.l. has adopted an organisational, management, and control system capable of preventing the commission of offences covered by the Decree.

The Organisational Model and Code of Conduct define the values, behavioural principles, and responsibilities the company upholds internally and externally.

The Organisational Model consists of a General Section, which outlines principles of prevention and corporate governance, and Special Sections, which describe specific offences relevant to Nous S.r.l. and the corresponding control measures.
